Open Positions:

Senior Project Manager - Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide variety of engineering projects in the areas of waste water, storm water, environmental remediation and civil design.
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
  • Project scope development and proposal writing / report preparation.
  • Assist in business development efforts with potential clients.
  • Train/mentor junior staff

Qualifications

  • S. degree in civil / environmental engineering is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of engineering experience. Emphasis on waste water treatment design is preferred.
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred.
  • Computer aided drafting experience including AutoCAD Civil 3d is desired.
  • Project Management experience is required.
  • Professional Engineering license is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain this license within 1 year is required.
  • Requires outstanding organization and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Requires excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for projects (mostly daytime travel).

Senior Project Manager - Geologist

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide variety of site investigation/remediation projects.
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
  • Assist in business development efforts with potential clients.
  • Train/mentor junior staff

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in geology/hydrogeology, M.S. in geology or related field is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of environmental experience (environmental site assessments, investigation, and remediation projects). Prior consulting experience is preferred.
  • Environmental Project Management experience is required.
  • Requires outstanding organization and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Requires proposal writing and report preparation experience.
  • Requires UST/Petroleum investigation/remediation experience.
  • Requires good relationship building skills.
  • BUSTR experience and strong regulatory remediation and closure experience is preferred.
  • Client development or sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for projects (mostly daytime travel).
