Below is the list of the most cited OSHA violations for the construction industry (NAICS Code: 23 Construction) for Fiscal Year 2015 (October 2014 – September 2015).

The top nine standards making up the list are the same top nine from the previous year and are in the same exact order. Taking the No. 10 spot was another standard for fall protection, Standard Number 1926.502 for Fall protection systems criteria and practices. This bumped Standard Number 1926.651
for specific excavation requirements from the Top 10 and into the No. 11 spot.
