The Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) 5-year review rule changes are anticipated to be in effect by July 2017. Public review and comment on the proposed revisions ended in November 2016. Be on the lookout for BUSTR to announce information sessions around implementation of the rule this summer.
