Business Administrator
Who you are
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience (internships/co-ops/entry-level roles are great)
- Highly motivated, positive, and organized individual with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator who is professional, responsive, and able to follow-through on deadlines
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft office applications, and comfortable learning new software tools
- Experience with invoicing, timekeeping, or internal business management systems is a plus, but not required
What you'll be doing
- Assist with monthly invoicing processes (pulling reports, preparing draft invoices, tracking status, and supporting internal review)
- Help maintain accurate project setup/details and supporting documentation in internal systems
- Support reporting and documentation needs (Excel reports, reconciliations, internal trackers, and templates)
- Provide project administration support and work closely with Project Managers (maintaining project files, compiling deliverables, formatting, and basic QA/QC checks)
- Provide general office support (supplies, mail, scanning/filing, light reception coverage)
