Business Administrator

Who you are


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships/co-ops/entry-level roles are great)
  • Highly motivated, positive, and organized individual with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who is professional, responsive, and able to follow-through on deadlines
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft office applications, and comfortable learning new software tools
  • Experience with invoicing, timekeeping, or internal business management systems is a plus, but not required

What you'll be doing


  • Assist with monthly invoicing processes (pulling reports, preparing draft invoices, tracking status, and supporting internal review)
  • Help maintain accurate project setup/details and supporting documentation in internal systems
  • Support reporting and documentation needs (Excel reports, reconciliations, internal trackers, and templates)
  • Provide project administration support and work closely with Project Managers (maintaining project files, compiling deliverables, formatting, and basic QA/QC checks)
  • Provide general office support (supplies, mail, scanning/filing, light reception coverage)
