Project Manager – Environmental Engineer
Who you are
A versatile and energetic environmental engineer with prior project management and consulting experience.
- At least a B.S. degree in civil/environmental engineering, or related field
- 4-8 years of engineering and project management experience
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proposal writing and report preparation experience
- Great relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel as needed for projects (mostly daytime travel)
It would be awesome if you also had the following:
- Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain license
- Industrial wastewater and storm water design/engineering experience
- Prior consulting experience
- Client development or sales experience
What you'll be doing
- Managing a diverse range of projects in the areas of storm water and wastewater treatment and design, petroleum remediation engineering, environmental remediation design, and more
- Working on some of the most sophisticated and interesting projects in the company
- Collaborating with and delegating to a team of engineers
- Project scope development and proposal writing/report preparation
- Maintaining and developing existing client relationships
- Assisting in business development efforts with potential clients
