Senior Business Manager

Who you are


  • BS/BA in Business Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in Senior Accounting and HR roles, ideally within professional services or consulting firms
  • Experienced in billing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and cash and credit card management
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software
  • Familiarity with time‑and‑billing systems (desirable, but not required)
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills

What you'll be doing


  • Manage Accounting Operations: billing, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, and cash/credit card management
  • Lead HR Administration: onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, compliance, performance tracking
  • Routine contracts administration
  • Collaborate with external CPA and HR consultants as needed
