Senior Business Manager
Who you are
- BS/BA in Business Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in Senior Accounting and HR roles, ideally within professional services or consulting firms
- Experienced in billing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and cash and credit card management
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software
- Familiarity with time‑and‑billing systems (desirable, but not required)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
What you'll be doing
- Manage Accounting Operations: billing, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, and cash/credit card management
- Lead HR Administration: onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, compliance, performance tracking
- Routine contracts administration
- Collaborate with external CPA and HR consultants as needed
